VPG is one of Australia's leading providers of youth services; transforming the lives of FNQ young people and their families for over 12 years.

Working as part of the Youth Engagement Team, you will support young people aged 14-18 who have left school early. You will provide individual case work, group work and community education/development activities that assist young people to reconnect with learning.

These activities could include counselling, social and emotional learning programs, coordination of appointments, reengagement coordination, information and general support.

• tertiary qualification (University Level) - social work, psychology, human services
• experience in supporting young people and families
• excellent communication skills, computer skills and organisational skills
• a genuine desire to connect with the community
