About the Opportunity

STEPS has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated B2B Consultant to join their team in Alice Springs.

Within this role, you will liaise and build relationships with employers in order to identify skills shortages and labour force needs in the local employment market. The Employment Services team can then use this information to place jobseekers into sustainable employment, positioning STEPS as a preferred Employment Service provider.

Candidates from various backgrounds could succeed in this role, however those with qualifications in Employment Services, Business Sales or Marketing will be held in high regard.

You will be encouraged to maintain a healthy work/life balance, and enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave per annum as well as ongoing professional training supported by the organisation.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with competitive salary circa $44,109 - $50,355 (commensurate with experience) + 5% remote allowance + 9% super + vehicle + $1,200 payment for airfares after 12 months continuous service. Salary sacrificing options also exist, to increase your take-home pay!
