VPG is one of Australia's leading providers of youth services; transforming the lives of FNQ young people and their families for over 12 years. VPG is currently looking for two motivated professionals to join its dynamic team.
As a Partnerships Broker you will be responsible for identifying, promoting, establishing and supporting partnerships between stakeholders to create sustainable solutions that assist young people to achieve education and transition outcomes. The four key stakeholder groups will include schools, the community, parents and industries.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualification (university level);
- Advanced promotion and negotiation skills;
- High level strategic planning and group facilitation skills
- Excellent written communication skills; and
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing relationships with a background relevant to at least one of the stakeholder groups.
