About the Opportunity
St Vincent de Paul Society has an exciting opportunity for a full time Operations Manager - Retail Centres to join their team in the cosmopolitan hub of Darwin, NT.
The main purpose of this key leadership role is to oversee the organisation's retail centres across the Northern Territory. These centres are vital in supporting the good work of the Society, and you will play an integral part in ensuring their continued growth and success within the community.
To achieve in this diverse role, the successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or have extensive experience in a retail or business environment. Importantly, you will have a demonstrated record of managing retail operations, displaying an indepth knowledge in the areas of recruitment and staff development, ideally in the voluntary sector.
This pivotal role offers plenty of work variety, as well as the chance to work both autonomously and as part of a dynamic management team.
This is so much more than a 'desk job'; you will be given plenty of opportunities to liaise with a wide range of people, from volunteers to members of the NT Council.
