About the Opportunity

Integrated Family and Youth Services (IFYS) is seeking dedicated Foster Care Assessors who can help make positive things happen for children and young people living on the Sunshine Coast who require the care of foster families for a range of reasons.

The Foster Care Assessor role provides fantastic opportunities to work as part of a professional team to assess families who are looking at becoming foster carers.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in social work, psychology and/or social science areas AND/OR extensive experience in child protection or child and family support work.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will enjoy attractive remuneration, where you will be paid per assessment. You will receive $1,400 per couple assessment and $1,100 for each single applicant.
