Council's aim is to strengthen its communities with local people delivering shire services to their own communities with the skills and knowledge of their own culture, community and people. 

About the Opportunity

Victoria Daly Shire Council currently has an exciting position available for a Cultural Liaison Officer to join its team at its head office in Katherine.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the primary purpose of the Cultural Liaison Officer is to provide all staff with cultural awareness support and advice appropriate throughout the Shire in each community.

  • 38 hour working week (Monday-Friday, generally 8am-4:30pm);
